When you make a Purchase on The Storepaperoomates Hub, we anticipate and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, an exchange, a partial refund or store rewards. This will mainly depend on the nature, value and date of purchase. Please note, all items purchased from us can be returned unless or otherwise stated on the Product Details, listing or additional information tab. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date (or 30 Days after the official recorded Delivery date) whichever comes first. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returns made after the time-frame above may be rejected or denied as per our sole discretion. However, exceptions may apply if you clearly describe your issue to our Returns and Refunds Department.
To return an item, please email Customer Service – Returns at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please be advised that, for your convenience, you can acquire an RMA Number by visiting your Orders page and selecting “Return” or “Request Refund” for the Order with the package you wish to return then selecting the specific Items in the Order and follow the on-screen instructions.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (Invoice or packaging slip included in the Package or send to your email after purchase and the return form provided with the RMA Number and any additional information that the Customer Service Returns team may request to process your return, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (including any taxes and duties that may be incurred during the returns process unless or otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost during transit and have not yet reached our main Warehouse in Sarasota, Florida, US. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package (Only for VIP Members who get free return shipping as part of their membership. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if and only if you use the prepaid shipping label, 25% will be deducted from your return costs to cover for shipping insurance charges).
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item in our Sarasota Warehouse in Florida to process your return. Refunds may take 1 – 2 billing cycles, (Our Billing Cycle is about 7 days), to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your Credit Card Company or up-to a week if you used offline payment methods such as Mobile Wallets or Bank Deposits as we will have to trace the funds back to the original source.
If the Returns Team decide and evaluate that your purchase is eligible for a Refund your Order Status will be updated to “Pending Refund”. We will notify you by email and SMS when your return has been processed and when a refund has been credited to your Account or Original Payment method. We may also issue you a refund in Store Credits. You will be alerted before we decided to issue your refund in Store Credits.
We will not issue Refunds for the Order Processing Fee and Purchase Processing Fees. These are non-refundable fees incurred with processing your Payment and Order.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for Orders that are in Transit. If you Cancel your Order while it’s in Transit, we will have to wait for the Delivery to the Final Destination and you can Submit a Return and Refund Request Instead.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Single Use Products
– Any other products as stated in the Products Description
– Products on SALE exceeding 50% off.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
A restocking fee will be charged for all returns as stated on the Product Details Page or else a General 15% restocking fee will apply.
– Sale items at 50% or more less are FINAL – Items bought on SALE and cannot be returned.
– Other Product Specific Notes stated on the Product Details tab will take precedence over this policy.
